thats good to hear patok so it's Day 3 of the diet. it's going quite well but i dont feel any thinner. but i guess its only been 2 and a half days. i had a chicken and salad roll for lunch today and a glassed of skimmed milk. it was nice. i could have eaten more but i dont really need to so its good i stopped. i missed breakfast today coz i had to go run some errands this morning. so that leaves 12 and a half points for dinner and snacks. which is good. and an extra 4 and a half points from the first two days. i dont think i'll need any snacks coz i have a job interview this afternoon and so i wont be thinking of food. also i lose my appetite when i'm nervous so i doubt i'll eat from now till dinner time. the only question now is what do i have for dinner

it's for "marketing manager trainee", which is good considering my degree was in Marketing Management. and coz its trainee it means there is room for promotion after training. fish is only my favourite when it's battered cod from King Neptunes up the road and accompanied by chip shop chips. i had prawns yday so i'm thinking something less fishy. maybe chicken or turkey

yesterday as i was out all day i couldnt really count my points. i had a baguette with mozerella and tomato in it from a sandwhich shop. then i had some barbeque chicken with pitta bread and mint sauce for dinner. then i snacked. wasnt sure how many points as i never ate any meals at home. so i just decided to make my point 23 for the day which would mean that today i am back to zero, and have 20 points. i had a sandwhich for lunch and fish with a spicy sauce, spring onion mashed potato, spinich and mozerella stuffed mushrooms it was highly satisfying. i also had a maryland cookie and a foxs cream classic biscuit which came to 2 and a half points.in total for today so far, 16 points. so potentially 4 more if i get peckish later which i probably will |

well i can have fruit, which is usually about 1 point or half a point. a two stick kitkat is 2 and a half points. ur average packet of crisps (i.e. standard walkers packets) are about 2 points per pack. a slice of bread is 1 point. |
