here is my diet diary (the thread pat has been looking forward to since yesterday). this is quite boring, but if u want to know how it works...depending on your age, weight, how active u are etc you can only consumer a certain number of points a day. I am only allowed to consume 20 points per day. obviously, the more calories and saturated fat a food/drink has, the more points it contains. for example, 2 slices of break is 2 and a half points. if u go over the points limit in a day, u must consume less points the next day to even it out. likewise, if u go under, the points carry on over to the next day, or the next day. u can only carry points on for a week. after a week is up. all points are cancelled and u start over. a single takeaway can be my entire points limit for the day, so i'm not allowed any $hit...i predict that this will make me very VERY cranky. no cake, no crisps, no chips, no chip shop, no pizza....very very VERY cranky now YOUR jobs include: telling me constantly how fat and greasy and $hit u feel when uve had fatty foods daily positive moral support (you can do it mercedes, u shall not become obese, get your youthful body back etc etc.) constant compliments anyway, so today was Day 1. i woke up late so it hasn't been that bad. but i'll probably go to sleep in the early hours of the morning so this is the time i'll be suffering the most. i had small pancakes for breakfast, a tuna and salsa wrap for lunch, chicken and veg stirfry and rice for dinner and a no fat toffee yogurt for afters. daily consumption points = 16 points ![]() |

Merc forget all that, eat as many calories as you want. Just make sure your calorie output is more than your input
